Ruthie & Dana Fundraising LLC is owned and operated by Ruthie Rollings & Dana Bowyer. This website offers visitors the opportunity to support your school-group fundraisers. Set forth are the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Contact our customer service with any damaged product issues. Since food items are not refundable, within 5 days of delivery, please, provide a picture of the package-product you are requesting a refund.   

2. We will not accept any returned opened products, Fannie May Candy bar cases, or any Deal Cards.

3. Free Shipping offered on Fannie May Candy, Virginia Diner, Ruthie & Dana Collections, and the Aroma From Heaven Tarts when purchasing a certain amount.

4. No 16oz candle jars are eligible to be shipped, only delivered to the Pick Up Location. Temperatures along the shipping route must be 80 degrees or less.  

5. We will not be responsible for any melted products when shipping routes are 80 degrees or less.

6. The shipping charge is based on total shipment weight and destination to the residential location plus ships to verified postal addresses in the 48 contiguous United States.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases.

7. We will ship orders in 24 hours. Transit times range from 1 to 5 business days across the U.S.  USPS will ship the package to you from the Monticello, IL warehouse.  

8. We will makes every effort to keep products regularly in stock at our warehouse. If a shipment is delayed, or a product placed on backorder, or heat issues, we will notify the purchaser for options including alternate products, shipping upon arrival, or cancellation.  We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by manufacturers.

9. When buying an item, you agree that: you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it. Also, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

10. In closing, we will never disclose or sell any contact information provided by our customers.
